Section 94
Notice not to be interrupted
(1) No one should harass or in any other way obstruct a person who is going to report or inform the police or an authorized officer about such an offense knowing that an offense has been committed or is about to be committed.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with a fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees.
